LINK BUILDING ADVICE
How to recognise link farms.
A link farm is a site which is created for the sole purpose of increasing the link popularity of participating sites. Their very definition alone makes them easy to spot. You will observe that they consist of masses of outgoing links, probably more than 20 per page and also containing many pages. Although they may at first glance look as if they are professionally designed, they are likely to be created by software which populates a set of templates. The URL of the site may consist of a long hyphenated series of words (in attempt to get good rankings for those words), though this is not always necessarily the case. The domain name may have been bought cheaply. Also, it is likely that the site has non-human qualities such as not having any contact details
